Terms for using Beauty Diagram

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Beauty Diagram, you agree to these terms and to any additional policies or notices we publish, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

Beauty Diagram helps users preview, beautify, and export diagrams, including Mermaid, PlantUML, and draw.io workflows. Some features are public, while others require an account or a paid plan.

3. Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to allow or assist any third party to:

• Violate applicable law or any third-party right when accessing the service.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service, including by sending automated traffic outside our published rate limits, evading WAF or anti-abuse controls, or using empty or forged user-agent strings.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, intermediate representation, or internal structure of any client-side bundle, API response, exported asset, or other compiled artifact we make available.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content — including templates, examples, guides, blog posts, rendered diagrams, share-page assets, or API responses — for the purpose of building a competing service or training, fine-tuning, or evaluating machine-learning models.
• Re-host, re-distribute, or commercially exploit beautified outputs, share renders, or exported assets in a manner that removes, alters, or obscures our watermark, branding, or attribution, except where the paid plan you have subscribed to expressly permits watermark-free output.
• Re-implement, clone, or distribute any portion of the Beauty Diagram engine, parsers, renderers, or theme system, whether derived from the public web application or the public API.
• Upload content that infringes others’ rights or that you do not have authority to share.

We may restrict, throttle, suspend, or terminate access that creates risk for the service, our users, or our infrastructure, and may pursue available legal remedies for violations of this section.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including diagram source and exported assets, to the extent permitted by law and by any third-party licenses that apply to the source material. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and share that content.

6. Paid plans, billing, and limits

If a feature requires payment, the plan details and limits described on our pricing pages apply. Taxes, renewals, refunds, and billing handling may depend on the payment provider and the plan terms shown at checkout.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, or product reasons.

8. Intellectual property

The Beauty Diagram name, logo, branding, product design, user interface, marketing copy, documentation, beautification engine, layout and routing algorithms, intermediate representation, parsers, theme system, renderers, templates, and fonts — whether shipped to the browser or served by our API — are owned by Beauty Diagram or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other applicable laws.

These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the public web application and API (including access via the open-source @beauty-diagram CLI) for the purposes described in these terms and consistent with the plan to which you are subscribed. No other rights are granted, by implication or otherwise. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works of any portion of the foregoing without our prior written consent. The @beauty-diagram CLI itself is published separately under the Apache License, Version 2.0, and its use as software is governed by that license.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated or if we need to protect the service, users, or our infrastructure. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
